Essentially the art of fine dining etiquette is to cut food into bite size pieces and not to make a sound or to hurry when eating. I learnt how to eat quietly & daintily using a knife and fork and also how to hold a wine glass properly & drink the soup correctly. This takes practice - no loud slurping or dropping of wine glass.
